    I am so excited you are here because that means you are ready to become the strongest, fastest (if that is your goal), and healthiest runner that YOU can be AND tap into all of the confidence and potential that is inside of you. You are only in control of what YOU can do, especially your ATTITUDE and your EFFORT. Fueling your body with whole foods, moving your body, getting in some self-care and staying connected + being supported and held accountable by myself and other like-minded runners VIRTUALLY is going to help you most. I will provide you with all of the tools and resources you need to thrive with running and live a sustainable lifestyle that you can take with you whenever and wherever.

    I started running for the wrong reason (I've always been active but I had also always been a little over weight) but fell in love with it for the right reasons. Nutrition is my biggest struggle. When I started my journey on May 30, 2016, I can say with 100% certainty that the accountability and support within this community of female runners was, and continues to be, a GAME CHANGER for me. It has been one of the keys to my success with sticking to a plan, being consistent with my nutrition/strength/mindset/wellness, and holding myself accountable. I hope that YOU will experience these same feelings as well, no matter what season of life you are in. And I am here to help YOU through it all!

    Just remember, TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF IS NOT SELFISH. There should be NO GUILT FELT IN DOING SOMETHING GOOD FOR YOU!! IT IS TIME TO START THRIVING my friend and being the HAPPIEST AND HEALTHIEST YOU you can be.

    And it doesn't matter if you CAN'T run or aren't running (maybe you are injured or have adrenal or hormone imbalances), there are so many things that you CAN do besides run - nutrition, sleep, rest, strength training, mindset work, self-care, etc. that will help you in your road back to running. I want to help you become the best runner that YOU can be by learning to fuel your body properly, becoming a stronger faster runner, and living a happier, healthier life! I want to help you take care of YOU so you can fill your cup and give your best self to your friends and family and come out of this season of your life better, healthier and stronger, physically and mentally!
