THE BOOTCAMP EXPERIENCE

During our month long group, here’s what you can expect from our time together:

  • Support and encouragement from me, your coach!
  • Education on how to fuel and easy steps to follow
  • Daily content and videos, and weekly check-ins to stay motivated
  • Weekly video group calls to ask questions and dive deeper into select topics
  • A group of women who are working alongside you for similar goals
  • A transformed relationship with food and running and a deeper appreciation for your body
We will do this together

I will guide you through the nutrition program/content and HELP YOU with all of this, incorporating everything that I have learned and researched about nutrition and running and FEMALE PHYSIOLOGY! Our hormones impact our training, performance and recovery, but nutrition can do WONDERS for us, and we can WORK WITH our physiology.

MY TRANSFORMATION

This program is INCREDIBLE for runners! It changed my life years ago, it taught me HOW to fuel my body properly and to view food as FUEL (not therapy) and I’m excited to help you become the happiest, healthiest version of yourself by doing the same!

Learning to fuel my body PROPERLY during long runs & races, through trial & error, and lots of research, has made a huge difference in my training. Not only do I fuel my body properly during my runs and races, but I also fuel my body properly before and after my runs/workouts & races.

I eat to fuel my body so that I can run all the miles everyday, push hard through my speed workouts, lift all the heavy weights & still have endless energy to go on with my day.
