I will guide you through the nutrition content and HELP YOU learn how to fuel your body for your goals, for your performance level and for your activity level, simplifying the research and everything that I have learned through my courses and continuing education on nutrition and running and FEMALE PHYSIOLOGY! Our hormones impact our training, performance and recovery, but nutrition can do WONDERS for us, and we can WORK WITH our physiology.
