ARE YOU READY TO IMPROVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD, YOUR RUNNING, AND YOUR LIFE?

This program is INCREDIBLE for runners! It changed my life 3.5 years ago, it taught me HOW to fuel my body properly and to view food as FUEL (not therapy) and I’m excited to help you become the happiest, healthiest version of yourself by doing the same!

It’s going to teach you HOW to live a healthy life.

During our 4 week program, here’s what you can expect from our time together

  • Support and encouragement from me, your coach!
  • Education on how to fuel, and easy steps to follow
  • Daily check-ins and weekly calls to stay motivated
  • A group of women who are working alongside you for the same goals
  • A transformed relationship with food and a deeper appreciate for your body

I will guide you through the nutrition program and HELP YOU with all of this, incorporating everything that I have learned and researched about nutrition and running and FEMALE PHYSIOLOGY! Our hormones impact our training, performance and recovery, but nutrition can do WONDERS for us and we can WORK WITH our physiology.
