I started running for the wrong reason (I’ve always been active but I had also always been a little over weight) but fell in love with it for the right reasons. Nutrition is my biggest struggle. When I started my journey on May 30, 2016, I can say with 100% certainty that the accountability and support within this community of female runners was, and continues to be, a GAME CHANGER for me. It has been one of the keys to my success with sticking to a plan, being consistent with my nutrition/strength/mindset/wellness, and holding myself accountable. I hope that YOU will experience these same feelings as well, no matter what season of life you are in. And I am here to help YOU through it all!

And it doesn’t matter if you CAN’T run or aren’t running (maybe you are injured or have adrenal or hormone imbalances), there are so many things that you CAN do besides run – nutrition, sleep, rest, strength training, mindset work, self-care, etc. that will help you in your road back to running. I want to help you become the best runner that YOU can be by learning to fuel your body properly, becoming a stronger faster runner, and living a happier, healthier life! I want to help you take care of YOU so you can fill your cup and give your best self to your friends and family and come out of this season of your life better, healthier and stronger, physically and mentally!

Learning to fuel my body PROPERLY during long runs & races, through trial & error, and lots of research, has made a huge difference in my training. Not only do I fuel my body during my runs and races, but I also fuel my body properly before and after my runs/workouts & races.
I eat to fuel my body so that I can run all the miles everyday, push hard through my speed workouts, lift all the heavy weights & still have endless energy to go on with my day.
Anything is possible! Eat to run don’t run to eat.
