Here’s what you can expect!
Each month will have a different focus (mobility, nutrition, low heartrate training, strength training for runners, speedwork, mindset, routines, female physiology/hormones, cross training, off-season work, etc.) but it is all related to running. I want to help you do ALL THE THINGS (but not EVERYTHING at once) without making running/training the equivalent of a full-time job.
Think of the Collective as your RUNNING TOOLBOX to becoming the strongest, fastest (if that is a goal of yours), healthiest runner that YOU can be. My goal is to provide you with as many tools as possible so that you can figure out what works best for YOU.
There are options to be in the group a monthly basis, for 6 months (discounted) or for the entire year (discounted)! Be a fly on the wall, interact with others, absorb as much information as possible and APPLY IT, and/or also work one-on-one with me! There is also a referral program!
