🙋‍♀️ Who else needs to jump on top of a boulder if it's alongside the trail❓️🤩🤣

And I forgot my trail socks 😅 Thankfull this trail was all grass.

I tried out the @brooksrunning Catamount 3, and they were 🔥 They were light on my feet. I didn't notice them at all. And they felt fast 🙌 I'm definitely adding them to my rotation with the Caldera 7 🤩

I get QUIET when I'm in the ZONE.

I'm here putting in the work every day.

✅️ It's time to taper 🔥
✅️ Garden harvest is here. Peas and beans are peaking, the berries just wrapped up.
✅️ My athletes are either getting close to race day or just starting a new training cycle.
✅️ I have to be extra intentional with sleep and nutrition in hot & humid weather, especially with peak training.

Everything is at peak, and I'm okay with that. I like to have a full plate at times like this.

I'm just extra intentional with my mindfulness, my recovery, and pausing to smell the flowers.

It's necessary.

I'm still here putting in the work. It's what we do 🙌🔥
