WHAT DO I DO?
That’s what these bands and ribbons represent! They represent everything I have GAINED over the past 3 years, ESPECIALLY the past 7 months.
By MENTORING, SUPPORTING, and GUIDING RUNNERS, especially women, who want to RUN FOR LIFE!
- Who want to live a HAPPIER, HEALTHIER, more FULFILLING LIVES.
- Who want to FUEL their bodies PROPERLY for PERFORMANCE and for their GOALS!
- Who want to run STRONGER, FASTER, and HEALTHIER.
- Who want to run a PR, a BQ, more comfortably, around the world, more, and those who just want to run!
- Who want to be SURROUNDED by like-minded female runners like YOU and ME!
I help them gain control over food, fuel their bodies properly for performance, and incorporate strength training. We share recipes, running nutrition tips, meal plans, running tips, and life!
And my FAVORITE PART is the accountability/bootcamps that I run! We hold each other ACCOUNTABLE everyday with our nutrition, strength training, and running.
We SUPPORT each other through the tough runs or workouts, the injuries, and the hard times in life, AND we cheer for each other after crushing a run, running a PR, qualifying for Boston, getting back to running as a fun activity versus a punishment for what was eaten, getting back into running, and hundreds of other things to celebrate!
And my second favorite part is that I get to do it with all of them!
