🔸️1 scoop chocolate protein powder (vanilla or café latte are also amazing)
🔸️4 tsp Coconut Oil
🔸️Natural PB or other nut butter (only ingredient is peanuts)
1. Melt coconut oil in microwave
2. Mix in protein powder
3. Pour 1/2 the mixture in 4 silicone muffin cups
4. Freeze for 10 min
5. Add 1tsp PB to each and then pour more oil/powder mixture on top
6. Freeze for another 10-15 min
Satisfy your sweet tooth and help numb the pain 🤣 while keeping it clean so sugar doesn’t hit your gut and you DON’T throw your training out the window❗We can still run and not every race is cancelled indefinitely❗
