I am still in awe of what the body is capable of, but I felt strong the majority of the time❗

One year ago I was still WALKING every day, healing from burnout 🤯 My body is still healing but I’ve come a long way 🙌 I had no expectations of getting close to my 3:09 PR, I’ll save that for this fall, or maybe a sub 3 😉
